During the visit, we use quiet arrival, careful handling, and stage-by-stage grooming. If a pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, we may pause, adjust the scope, or stop the session.
When a coat has matting or the requested style is not practical within a safe handling scope, we may recommend a shorter finish. We also provide pre-visit guidance and clear handover notes so owners know what was completed and how to support the next visit.
